Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required.

Items must be in original and saleable condition.

Merchandise purchased within 10 days can be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We do not offer any warranty of indoor plants. However, if you are unsuccessful with your plant within the first 30 days, please give us a call and we will be happy to help - keep your receipt!

We are not able to accommodate returns or exchanges on annual plants. They are final sale

Zone 3 hardy trees, evergreens, shrubs, vines and roses that are planted and cared for are guaranteed for one growing season. That means if you purchase in May 2021 your plants are guaranteed until September of 2022.

We will offer a one time replacement on your purchase or something comparable.

We cannot be responsible for damage or loss caused by animals, insects or severe weather conditions such as flooding, hail, frost, neglect or changing landscapes.
